To join the USS Concord Veterans Association, simply open and print the CVA Membership Form.  Complete the form and mail to the address shown on the form.  Dues are a modest $10/year.  We collect two years at a time to reduce the administrative burden of renewals. No one in the Association receives any income from the dues. The funds are used primarily to support the web hosting fee for this site.  Your support is appreciated!
